Another book dedicated to the island's railways has appeared on the bookshelves of local stockists; the latest publication by Barry Edwards is entitled Trains & Trams Of The Isle Of Man and comes from the local company Lily Publications, the same people who brought us the three excellent volumes from Stan Basnett last year.  This book contains chapters on each of the current lines, including both the Crogga Valley Railway and the Wild Life Park line as well as summaries of the various closed lines towards the back of the book.  Richly illustrated with many recent colour views, the book is available from island stockists and directly from the publishers on-island.  No doubt there will be a lively discussion on our forum which visitors are recommended to subscribe to.  This facility is free of charge.
