The Saloons
These six carriages were delivered in two batches in 1905 (accounting for the inconsistent numbering when F.33 and F.34 were delivered and numbered in the interim) but whilst numbered consecutively within the "F" class coaches, the saloons were a different configuration and have been separated into this category for easy reference.

They remain the only type of coach on the railway to still be in existance and all bar one of them is in regular traffic or servicable condition, this being the Royal Saloon F.36 which is housed in the Railway Museum adjacent to Port Erin Station.  F.35 sees little regular use too, owing to its low seating capacity.  To learn more about these coaches click on one of the links below:-
