So named as they were delivered to the railway in Queen Victoria's diamond jubilee year of 1897 these two remarkable survivors from a bygone era are both in storage on the railway today although sadly both are in very poor condition. Both have led extremely varied careers seeing use as luggage carriers, ambulance coaches, goods carriers and coffin carriers!
