Fleet No.: K.1 (ii)
Builders: Isle Of Man Railway Co.
Year Built: 1921
Status: Scrapped
Utilising the frames of ex-four wheel coach C.11 once it had been removed as part of the "pairs" process, this wagon was built as a replacement for the wagon of the same name which succumbed the previous year. It too was scrapped in October 1947 having become unsafe for operation, the main frame dating from 1873 having become rotten on the top of the solebars. By this time this class of wagon was being used less and less, with the closed vans being favoured and so it was decided not to replace it.
