Issued following the sudden death of Supporters' Association stalwart Tony Beard, this issue contains many glowing tributes to the man, and will be followed later in the year by a further edition with more news from the railway. Sadly, there are three further obituaries within its pages also, accounting for much of the column space and making sad reading. Issued a short time after Tone's funeral in March 2009, owing to time constraints in peak season it is envisaged that the next issue of the magazine will be going to print in early September and with the members shortly thereafter.
- "A Question Of Colour"
- Summer Timetable Details
- Manx Heritage Transport Festival Update
- The Chairman's Annual Report
- James I.C. Boyd Obituary
- Editor's Letters (Tributes Pages)
This issue featured a rather shorter news section and was dedicated largely to the passing of Tony Beard, featuring a full obituary and various tributes that poured in to the Supporters' Association following his death. It also included a full eulogy for James I.C. Boyd kindly provided by member Patrick Keef as well as photographic tributes to both men. The chairman's report was included following the Annual General Meeting which took place prior to these sad events.
